The Seller received less money for his home than he should have. He made extra repairs because he was backed in to a corner by a buyer and was left hanging by a non-responsive real estate agent. His home was on the market for an excessive period and he experienced frustration in getting closing issues resolved.

The Buyer paid too much for a property and did not have certain repairs completed by the seller prior to settlement. The mortgage company charged her extra fees at settlement which had to be paid to close that day. There was sparse explanation of fees and charges on the settlement sheet. Lastly, she was unable to see all the properties available.
